How it Works
Complete your consultation
Complete your registration then login. From the ‘Start a new consultation’ menu, select ‘Travel’ and press ‘Start’. Select the country you are going to and the dates you are travelling. Complete the consultation form
get your customer id
You will be given a Customer ID code and the recommended protection advice when your consultation form is complete. Email us your Customer ID code and phone number to [email protected] and we’ll send you a payment link for your consultation (£20). Complete payment
book an appointment
From your recommended protection advice, please book your vaccines and/or antimalarials accordingly and you will receive them at your appointment. Book online or call our helpline on 0208 740 9899
